About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS trusts, providing a wide range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. Evelina London Children’s Hospital, part of the Trust, delivers specialist services including cardiac, renal and critical care for children locally and across south east England. The Children’s Hospital Programme (CHP) is a complex clinical transformation initiative requiring capital investment to support NHS England Board-mandated service transformation and strategic growth. This programme aims to support a 20% increase in activity through ambitious transformation, maximising estates and optimising operating models.

We are seeking a Project Officer to join the CHP team to provide programme support and lead specific projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination and delivery. The role involves close collaboration with clinicians, patients, carers and key partners across Evelina London, GSTT and the local health and care system. A key responsibility includes leading the delivery of the programme's engagement strategy, including Patient and Public Engagement plans. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in patient and public engagement and communications, with the ability to translate complex information clearly for diverse audiences.

This role is open to internal employees only.
