An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Evelina Patient Safety and Quality team as a Patient Safety Administrator. This role requires a motivated, confident, highly organised, proactive, and caring individual to provide administrative support for clinical governance activities across the clinical group.
Main duties include taking minutes and preparing agendas for meetings, supporting the arrangement of incident review meetings, maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets and forward planners, preparing documents as required, diary management, and leading specific work streams.
Evelina London serves children and women from London and South East England, providing comprehensive health services from pre-conception through adulthood. The organisation operates through five clinical directorates and is committed to delivering excellent integrated care with a strong focus on patient safety and quality.

Qualifications
- Management, secretarial or equivalent relevant training/experience (essential)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to learn other software or databases as required
- Ability to upload and manage content for intranet, internet, and social media platforms (including Twitter and Instagram)
- Degree level education or equivalent knowledge (desirable)
