About the Role
The Savoy is one of the world's most iconic hotels, renowned for its outstanding service excellence and rich history since 1889. As an Evening Room Attendant, you will take pride in creating the finest presentation of guest bedrooms and public areas, consistently exceeding guest expectations. You will begin specialising in guest rooms with opportunities to develop skills in public areas, laundry, and cloakroom, becoming a well-rounded multi-skilled Guest Servicing Agent.

Your key responsibilities include preparing guest rooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness and presentation within allocated timeframes, replacing minibar items, reporting maintenance issues, inspecting rooms, completing audits, and maintaining service areas in coordination with housekeeping porters. You will also assist with guest cloakrooms, provide directions, handle guest property securely, liaise with security, clean guest toilets and nearby public areas, and support laundry and valet services.

Experience
Desirable: Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 6 months in housekeeping preferred.
