As the Field CAIO, you will be the most senior technical voice on AI and agentic strategy in EMEA — someone who has shipped AI products into production and can translate LLM/agentic capabilities into measurable business value customers trust. You will work closely with CDAIOs to shape AI strategy and vision for enterprise AI at scale, connecting enterprise-wide AI ambition to what is buildable and trustworthy on the Salesforce platform.

Your impact includes:
1. AI & Agentic Thought Leadership: Be the field's authority on LLMs and agentic implementations, focusing on real, measurable work based on the Salesforce Platform. Engage with CAIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to turn AI potential into funded, working plans. Represent Salesforce at events, analyst briefings, and customer boards, publishing insights on production AI versus hype.
2. From Idea to Production — Business Value & Trust: Own the challenge of moving AI tools from demos to trusted production systems. Help customers frame problems, size value, and select impactful use cases. Provide hands-on architectural credibility on agentic patterns to ensure trust and transparency.
3. Reference Architecture & Technical GTM for AI: Build reference architectures and go-to-market narratives for new AI/agentic offerings. Package proof points and playbooks from your own AI product experience for wider architect community use. Collaborate with AI ecosystem partners to accelerate joint solutions.

Experience
10-15+ years in AI/ML, applied data science, or technical consulting, with recent deep focus on LLMs and agentic systems. Proven track record of shipping AI products into production and delivering measurable business impact. Strong technical depth on at least one Salesforce cloud and core/platform capabilities. Demonstrated C-level advisory experience translating AI potential into business outcomes.

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience.
Technical skill set includes:
- AI & Agentic: LLMs, RAG, vector stores, agent orchestration, MCP/A2A interoperability, evaluation/observability frameworks.
- Applied AI-to-Value: Use-case framing, business process redesign, ROI measurement.
- Salesforce Platform: Solid working knowledge of Agentforce and at least one cloud (Data 360, Sales, Service, or Industry Clouds).
- Data Foundations: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses and data lakes to identify data quality blockers.
- Production & Trust: Expertise in guardrails, governance, monitoring, and transparency for deployed AI systems.
