About the Role
The Novotel London Greenwich is a 4-star hotel offering 151 bedrooms and five conference rooms accommodating up to 175 guests, ideal for meetings, conferences, and celebrations. The hotel bar provides an atmospheric space to enjoy afternoon tea, beer, wine, cocktails, or soft drinks at any time of day. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will ensure the high standard of service for guests and help achieve the department's qualitative and quantitative targets. You will convey the hotel's image and atmosphere through a warm and friendly welcome, availability, and frequent presence in the field. Your role will enhance guest satisfaction by developing close relationships to encourage loyalty and ensuring guests receive a warm and personalised welcome. Experience
Previous experience in hospitality and food and beverage is preferred. Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
