Full Time - 39 hours per week, predominantly evening shifts, with flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.

£32,042.40 per annum + monthly tips

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Shift Leader to join our high-energy, fun team at ibis London Blackfriars. Our mission is to create memorable moments for our guests by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell. As a key part of the Food & Beverage team, you will lead service within Charlie's Corner Bar & Restaurant, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include leading, motivating and supporting the team throughout each shift, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards. You will take charge of the smooth operation of Charlie's Corner during your shift with a strong focus on evening service. Additionally, you will train and develop team members, ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and brand standards, assist with stock control, ordering, wastage management and inventory processes, support daily financial procedures including end-of-day reporting and banking, handle guest feedback professionally, and work closely with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Experience
Previous Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership experience is required.

Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Fluent in English. Fully flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends and bank holidays, with confidence leading a team in a busy service environment.
