About the Role
The Global Pro Artist is an exceptional makeup artist and brand ambassador who represents Charlotte Tilbury's artistry at the highest level across campaigns, product development, education, content creation and VIP experiences. Reporting to the Global Pro Artist Manager and with a dotted line to the Head of Artistry, this role plays a critical part in bringing Charlotte Tilbury products, campaigns and artistry to life. The Global Pro Artist combines exceptional technical skill with creativity, commercial awareness and a passion for sharing artistry expertise across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional makeup artistry across campaigns, content shoots, launches, events and brand activations while consistently embodying Charlotte Tilbury's artistry aesthetic, techniques and brand values
- Representing the brand at backstage events, fashion shows, partnerships and industry opportunities
- Supporting VIP and talent appointments with world-class artistry and professionalism
- Collaborating with Product Development teams to test, evaluate and refine new product concepts, providing artistry feedback and contributing to education materials
- Executing campaign briefs to the highest standard, supporting shoots, content creation and launch moments across all channels
- Delivering artistry education for internal and external audiences, supporting training initiatives for retail teams, markets and education partners
- Creating engaging artistry content for brand channels, social platforms, retail partners and internal audiences, contributing to social-first content that supports brand awareness and commercial objectives
- Acting as a positive ambassador for the Pro Artistry team, sharing knowledge and best practices and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Experience
Proven exceptional makeup artistry skills with experience in campaigns, content creation, events and VIP appointments. Experience in product development collaboration and education delivery is highly desirable.
