About the Role
A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand, the Global Supply Planner is responsible for delivering world class product availability for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. This role requires using data, parameters, and systems to manage replenishment decisions and processes while leveraging excellent relationship management skills to gain supplier support. The position offers the opportunity to develop and hone supply planning and analytical skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing the global stock position for a portion of the Charlotte Tilbury portfolio, translating demand plans into actionable supply plans, and handling transactional processes within systems to support order call-offs and inventory updates. The role involves day-to-day supplier management to meet business requirements, including expediting goods when necessary, and working closely with the Supply Planning deployment team to provide accurate and timely updates on regional product availability.

Collaboration is key, as the Global Supply Planner will build strong relationships with global teams across operations, commercial, procurement, and NPD to ensure their needs are incorporated into the supply plan. Additional responsibilities include communicating risks and opportunities related to stock profiles, managing supplier reviews, maintaining accurate free issue inventories with reconciliations, and proactively managing supplier delivery performance.

The role also contributes to process improvement and standardisation of ways of working both internally and with suppliers, improving supplier OTIF, reviewing supplier capacity plans, and actively participating in the S&OP process through planning insights, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
