The Global VM Graphic Design Assistant Manager is responsible for the creative concept development, design, production, and global implementation of visual merchandising graphic assets across all retail environments. Working closely with the Global VM Lead Graphic Designer and Head of Operations, this role develops graphic concepts for campaign executions while managing the creation, maintenance, and rollout of permanent plate planograms, campaign artwork, and global graphic updates, ensuring consistency across all markets. This role combines creative artwork, graphic design, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver best-in-class VM assets that reflect brand standards and commercial objectives.

Acting as a key liaison between Creative, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and Global VM teams, the role ensures all artwork is accurate, compliant, print-ready, and delivered on schedule for global execution. Key responsibilities include supporting the Global VM Lead Graphic Designer in delivering high-quality visual merchandising graphic assets across permanent and campaign executions; managing the global permanent plate programme including implementation, maintenance, planogram creation, and updates across all markets; developing original graphic concepts and creative design solutions for global VM campaigns; owning the artwork production process for permanent plate graphics; project managing global graphic artwork updates; ensuring all artwork adheres to brand guidelines, print specifications, and production best practices; managing version control and asset organisation; collaborating with Legal, Regulatory, Creative Agency, Global Marketing, NPD, Print Suppliers, and cross-functional partners; monitoring project timelines and print deadlines; and identifying opportunities to improve artwork processes and workflow efficiencies.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute creative thinking, graphic concept development, and innovative design solutions that enhance the customer experience while maintaining brand consistency in a fast-paced, dynamic, and globally recognized beauty brand.
