About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Host to join our team at Il Bambini Club, a lively and vibrant Italian-inspired restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch. The space features a warm, modern setting with green and terracotta tones, playful patterns, and romantic florals. You will be the face of the hotel, creating a culture of recognising and delighting guests, turning every visitor into a regular. Leading by example, you will motivate and empower your team of hosts to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage the CRM bookings system, keeping data up to date and overseeing the restaurant book daily and weeks in advance. Working closely with the Restaurant General Managers and Head Chefs, you will help ensure a consistently excellent experience in our spaces, including vibrant aperitivo, signature pizzas, fresh pasta, indulgent dolci, reimagined Italian cocktails, and weekly DJs in an East London setting.

Experience
Minimum 2 years in a similar hospitality Host, Front of House, or Maître D management role within a busy, bustling environment.

Qualifications
