About the Role
Join a fast-paced team responsible for building strong relationships with private sector landlords and marketing the Let2Bex scheme to secure properties for housing nominations. You will conduct property inspections, suitability and affordability checks on prospective tenants, and discharge housing duties effectively. A sound knowledge of Housing Legislation and the implications of the Renters Rights Act 2025 is essential. The role requires the ability to carry out multiple short-notice visits and inspections. This position offers a hybrid working model with a requirement to be onsite at the Civic Offices in Bexleyheath at least twice weekly.

Experience
Experience working within housing or a related field is desirable. Proven ability to conduct property inspections and carry out suitability and affordability assessments is essential. Knowledge of Housing Legislation and the Renters Rights Act 2025 is required.
