About the Role
Lead the Bexley Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) by providing high quality support, coordination, and training to develop the London Borough of Bexley MARAC. Work in partnership with internal departments and partner agencies as the first point of contact, offering support and advice in line with LBB MARAC Protocols and Safe Lives Guidance. Key responsibilities include identifying and accepting referrals onto the panel, preparing case lists and minutes, organising meetings, and coordinating the multi-agency response. Deliver bespoke MARAC training to multi-agency organisations to enhance understanding and effectiveness.

Experience
Relevant knowledge and experience in the domestic abuse sector is essential. Experience working with local communities, statutory and voluntary sector organisations, and understanding how agencies collaborate to protect victims of abuse. Familiarity with MARAC operating procedures and information sharing protocols is required.

Proactive, self-motivated, confident in working independently and able to use your own initiative. This role does not involve direct work with victims but plays a key role in coordinating partner agencies to safeguard individuals effectively.
