Grade 5, Scale Points 11-15: £33,129 – £35,109 per annum.

About the Role
Join our fantastic team and help children thrive! We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and adaptable Learning Support Practitioner to work alongside our committed teachers and support staff at Fairholme Primary School. This is a wonderful opportunity to support KS2 children by providing classroom assistance, working with individuals and small groups, delivering targeted interventions, and helping children overcome barriers to learning.

You will play a vital role in fostering pupils’ confidence, independence, and love of learning, ensuring every child feels valued, included, and able to achieve their full potential. If you are passionate about making a real difference to children’s lives and enjoy working in a supportive and inclusive school community, we would love to hear from you.

Experience
Proven experience of working with children in KS2.
