About the Role
We are looking for a Linen Porter to join us at The Hoxton, Holborn, a vibrant hotel set in a Grade II-listed building with a rich history. You will be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring they meet brand standards and are well presented and maintained. Your duties will include reporting maintenance defects via KnowCross, overseeing the delivery and collection of linen and terry daily, and stocking linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores. You will ensure all storage areas and guest floors are clean and well maintained at all times. Supporting the housekeeping team with additional tasks as required will be part of your role. You will adhere to all Health and Safety standards, handle cleaning materials correctly in line with COSHH regulations, and attend all required training sessions. Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude while providing the highest level of customer care and responsive service to guests is essential.

Experience
Good communication skills to ensure smooth teamwork. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
