Key duties include effective communication with residents, clients, contractors, and colleagues; managing maintenance tasks through the electronic reporting system; maintaining property maintenance records; ensuring budget and resource compliance; and overseeing repairs in plumbing, joinery, carpentry, painting, decorating, and lighting.
