About the Role
Step up to a senior leadership role within Hackney's Integrated Mental Health Service (IMHS), a Section 75 partnership with East London Foundation Trust (ELFT). As a Mental Health Senior Support Worker, you will lead and supervise a team of mental health support workers, championing prevention, reablement, and recovery-focused approaches. Your work will centre on early intervention to maximise independence and reduce reliance on statutory services.
You will provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to your team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred interventions. You will lead on early intervention and preventative strategies, screen referrals to allocate appropriate support, and work directly with residents and carers to promote wellbeing and social inclusion. Collaboration with social workers, health colleagues, and wider partners is key to delivering a joined-up response.
Join a vibrant, progressive authority committed to equity, anti-racism, and inclusion across gender, neurodiversity, and social divides. This is a key leadership opportunity to shape meaningful change for Hackney residents.
