About the Role
The Novotel London Greenwich is a 4-star hotel offering 151 bedrooms and five conference rooms, ideal for business, leisure and family trips. As a Night Auditor, your expertise will enable you to provide VIP service to our guests. Your typical duties will include but are not limited to: welcoming late arrival guests and farewelling early departures; managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and completing daily revenue postings; preparing and distributing relevant reports to inter departments; managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests ensuring accuracy; collating paperwork for departures and coordinating with the Front Office team; providing supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments when required; responding to guest enquiries and requests promptly; ensuring effective handover of issues between Night Audit and Reception shifts; maximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property; attending to guest requests efficiently to ensure total customer satisfaction. Experience
Guest focused personality is essential; prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset.

Excellent communicator with well-developed stakeholder management skills (internal and external). Exceptionally organised with the ability to efficiently prioritise tasks. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Creates a service-focused, positive culture driven to succeed, open to change and creative in approach. Willingness to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are required. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front office roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
