About the Role
Join ibis Styles London Gloucester Road as our Night Auditor and become the welcoming face of the hotel during the night. You will ensure guests feel valued and cared for, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do while adding your personal touch to their stay. Your responsibilities include assisting with the general running of the hotel overnight, supporting other departments to prepare for the next day, and conducting night audits and safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. You will be an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services. To support your success, you will receive comprehensive training in all front of house functions and property safety. To truly understand the guest experience, you will be offered a one-night stay at the hotel during your onboarding. Fluency in English is essential to effectively welcome and care for our guests.

Experience
Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory. Confidence in all aspects of guest interaction and the ability to recognize guests requiring special attention is important.

About you
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (a second language is a plus). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A strong team player with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to lead by example. You must be legally eligible to work in the UK as the hotel cannot assist with work authorization.

No formal qualifications are required, but a professional attitude, dedication to service quality, and willingness to learn are essential.
