About the Role
Our mission at Ibis London Excel is to create memorable moments for our guests by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell. As our next Night Auditor, you will be the ‘face of Ibis London Excel’, extending a warm welcome to guests during the night and ensuring their well-being is at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay. You will assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to prepare for the next day. This role requires an autonomous and passionate individual dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services. You will undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure everyone in the hotel is safe and well looked after. Confident guest relations skills are essential, including the ability to receive and recognise all guests, especially those requiring special attention. Comprehensive training will be provided in all front of house functions and property safety to support your success in this role.

Experience
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferable. Experience running night audits is preferred. Similar or equivalent experience in customer service roles is advantageous.

You should be fluent in English and confident in all aspects of guest relations. You are autonomous, passionate about hospitality, and committed to delivering excellent service. You must have the right to work in the UK.
