About the Role
You make sure our guest experience never flags, even at night! Whatever's needed, you treat our guests as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way. You will deal with the coming and going of guests, ensuring all bills are correct and contain no surprises. You will work with all our teams to keep the hotel busy and assist the Night Manager with any overbooking levels. Answer phones, sort out requests, and handle anything that might arise during the night, involving the team as needed – you are the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to.

Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is beneficial but not essential. We value eagerness to learn and will provide the necessary training.
