About the Role
We have a popular bar and restaurant, so this role is varied and dynamic. You will take care of our guests, including check in/check out, handling billing, ensuring guest accounts and data are accurate, and managing any requests or enquiries. You will work closely with our Front Office Manager and the wider Hoxton team to set selling strategies and ensure maximum occupancy. Proactively monitoring all public areas, you will collaborate with the restaurant and security teams to ensure smooth operations and promptly handle any issues that arise. As the night team leader, you will lead by example, keeping your team motivated, empowered, and confident in delivering exceptional guest experiences while being approachable for any questions or support they need.

Experience
Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage but not essential. Most importantly, you know how to provide a great and memorable guest experience, whether for overnight guests or visitors to the bar and restaurant.

You are unflappable and experienced in handling a variety of requests successfully. You bring passion for hospitality, whether it’s a drink, a meal, an event, or a comfortable stay.
