Hours
Monday to Friday on a rota basis covering 8am - 6pm. There is a mandatory 1 in 5 weekend requirement with weekend shifts from 08:00 - 16:00.

Salary
£30,546 per annum

About the Role
As a Patient Access Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service within a busy healthcare environment. You will be responsible for coordinating patient access, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of patient enquiries. This role requires flexibility to work on a rota basis including mandatory weekend shifts. Due to high demand, early application is advised as adverts may close sooner than expected.

Experience
Experience in customer service or healthcare administration is desirable but not explicitly stated.
