About the Role
As a People Advisor on a 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience for Retail employees at Charlotte Tilbury. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will be the first point of contact for employee relations advice, providing comprehensive guidance aligned with legislation, best practice, and company policies. You will coach managers across the full employee lifecycle including family leave, probation, performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance, salary, and promotion queries. Working collaboratively with People Partners, you will support absence management, ensuring correct processes and follow-up actions are taken. Balancing legal risk, employee experience, and commercial considerations, you will influence fair and proportionate outcomes aligned with business objectives. You will interpret employment legislation to aid policy implementation and review, contribute to quarterly data reviews to identify trends and risks, and support proactive people planning. Monitoring engagement levels, you will recommend targeted action plans and lead small-scale people initiatives to improve capability, engagement, and effectiveness. Additionally, you will support learning and development initiatives and act as a cultural ambassador, embodying the brand values of challenge, disruption, innovation, collaboration, and sharing the magic.

Experience
Experience working as an HR Advisor within a retail business is required.

Qualifications
CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
