About the Role
The People Partner is responsible for supporting our Magic Office business functions, aligning business objectives with employees and management across their respective business area. You will serve as a trusted business partner, problem solver, and HR support to leadership and management teams on people-related issues. Acting as an employee champion and change agent, you will support the People Partnering Director and wider People Team in delivering our People Plan to the Magic Office population.

You will work closely with Head Office teams and be responsible for supporting performance management, talent mapping, succession planning, and driving change through our People Strategy. Partnering with Reward, Benefits, People Services, and Learning & Development teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience aligned with your business area’s needs.

Key responsibilities include acting as the single point of contact for all people-related activity within your business areas, supporting performance management by educating and guiding line managers, managing complex employee relations cases, overseeing long-term sickness and occupational health referrals, and supporting personal development plans for key and high potential employees.

Working with senior leaders, you will identify employees ready for promotion and help rotate top talent across functions, levels, or geographies. You will also identify gaps or development areas in people policies and processes, propose and implement improvements, and offer advice on HR trends and technological advances to keep Charlotte Tilbury at the forefront of people practices.
