About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. The Trust is home to leading centres including the largest dental school in Europe, a £160 million Cancer Centre, Evelina London Children’s Hospital, and one of the largest critical care units in the UK. In 2021, the merger with Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust created a world-renowned heart and lung centre, enhancing clinical excellence, teaching, and research capabilities.

The Health Innovation Network (HIN) South London supports the spread and adoption of innovation in health and care. The Mental Health Programme is seeking an experienced Project Manager with passion and drive to lead key projects that deliver positive change through innovation across South London’s health and care organisations. This role involves close collaboration with NHS providers, commissioners, voluntary organisations, and private technology partners.

The successful candidate will lead project development, delivery, and coordination, ensuring effective implementation and reporting. They will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive service improvement initiatives, oversee performance management and evaluation, and represent the Programme at relevant meetings and events. The role requires applying service improvement methods, collaborating with systems and design teams on data modelling, and working effectively with service users, clinicians, and managers to influence change and overcome barriers.

Join us in shaping mental health innovation across South London and contribute to improving care pathways across primary, community, and acute services.
