About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of improvement work through the South London Cardiovascular Networks, as part of the South East Vascular Network (SEVN). The networks bring together partners across South London to drive clinically led improvements in outcomes and cost effectiveness, whilst reducing health inequalities for our populations. You will lead a portfolio of workstreams alongside the network manager and clinical leads to develop and deliver the programme of work.
The successful candidate will ensure patients have equitable, timely and, where appropriate, local access to comprehensive, high quality, clinically sustainable and financially viable cardiac services irrespective of where, when, or how they access services. You will work closely with clinical leaders and colleagues across the network and programmes at both local and London levels.
This role requires working across a range of clinical teams and navigating multiple organisations. You will direct and advance progress towards high quality healthcare with targeted improvements in patient experience, quality, and value for money.
The Cardiovascular Networks are hosted by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, with a flexible hybrid working model. The post is offered on a 12 month Fixed Term/Secondment basis.
