About the Role

We are seeking a Qualified Senior Solution Engineer to be the tip of the spear for our Go-to-Market team, delivering world-class product demonstrations and driving product development through market feedback. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Success Architects, and Support teams to identify gaps and build scalable solutions that drive customer success. This role involves showcasing Qualified’s capabilities through custom demos, discovery sessions, and technical workshops, becoming a subject matter expert in Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, and data enrichment technologies. You will own the technical discovery and qualification process, provide guidance on deal strategy, respond to security questionnaires, and act as the voice of the customer by relaying product feedback to Product and Engineering teams. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity will be key to maintaining deep ecosystem expertise. Experience
- 5+ years of relevant Solutions Engineering experience
- Proven experience in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations and demos to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience providing pragmatic solutions to complex customer requirements leading to successful deals
- Comfortable leading technical discovery and qualification processes
- Ability to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies and perform well under pressure

Qualifications
