About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and highly organised Sales & Events Manager to lead and grow our events portfolio at Excel London. You will be responsible for securing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering outstanding events from concept through to execution. This fast-paced, high-profile role is perfect for someone who thrives on energy, creativity, and results.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through proactive sales, networking, and client engagement
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across corporate, exhibition, and private events
- Manage incoming enquiries and develop tailored proposals to win business
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee end-to-end event management, from initial brief to post-event review
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and venue teams to deliver seamless experiences
- Ensure all events meet Levy’s high standards of quality, service, and profitability
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle
- Manage budgets, pricing, and cost control to maximise profitability
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and business insights
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence
- Support and mentor junior team members where required
- Champion a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in sales and event management, ideally within hospitality, venues, or catering. Strong commercial awareness with a track record of hitting revenue targets.
