About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to join Levy on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work alongside a passionate team to create exceptional culinary experiences using top quality fresh ingredients. Your key responsibilities will include preparing high-quality food that delights clients and customers, identifying opportunities to improve food service, creating a positive kitchen environment, supporting the team in delivering tasty food concepts, representing Compass Group UK&I positively, managing food ordering, stock control and waste, overseeing kitchen hygiene, supporting budget management, and complying with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety standards.

Experience
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment is desirable.
