About the Role
The Sales Executive supports marketing, leasing, and occupancy/revenue objectives for Canvas/Chapter by delivering leasing activities to new and renewing residents. Key responsibilities include qualifying leads, arranging community tours and unit viewings, and completing resident administration to secure leases. You will work as part of a team to deliver exceptional resident living experiences, respond promptly to sales enquiries, and proactively convert leads through outbound contact. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the community, amenities, units, and local area, ensuring accurate data capture, and planning daily activities to meet leasing targets. You will support multiple communities, manage documentation and payments, handle cancellations, and undertake marketing activities to promote the property while monitoring competitor activity. Additional duties include leading morning sales huddles, ensuring accuracy of advertised content, and triaging non-sales enquiries professionally. This role reports to the UK Sales Team Leader, Student, and requires presence in the Head Office at least two days per week, with flexibility to work remotely as appropriate.

Experience
Proven experience in a sales role within accommodation, hospitality, leisure, reservations, or membership environments. Excellent customer service skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience using Microsoft Office and familiarity with databases or booking systems such as Salesforce is desirable.

Qualifications
Good general education demonstrating literacy and numeracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
