Working collaboratively alongside the Business Manager, you will support seamless day-to-day operations on the counter. You will drive financial results to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators, support in setting individual and team sales objectives, and communicate these effectively to the Retail Artists.
You will demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, acting as a specialist among retail artistry brands with genuine enthusiasm and commitment to the company’s success. Leading by example, you will promote exceptional customer service and create memorable customer experiences. Coaching and providing feedback to the team will ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are consistently achieved in both service and artistry.
Additionally, you will extend exceptional customer service beyond the store by driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities. You will implement individual and team development plans, conduct regular reviews encouraging two-way feedback and coaching, and foster a positive, cooperative team culture through meetings and collaborative management. You will propose plans, events, and activities to unlock commercial success, maintain impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness, and hygiene standards, and uphold flawless grooming standards, inspiring your team to be the best versions of themselves.
