About the Role
We are recruiting multiple Senior Product Managers to join the Justice Digital Data Science End User Compute Services (EUCS) team. You will be aligned to one of the following areas: Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity platform services), Endpoint Management & Security (devices and enterprise endpoint platforms), or Service Workflows and Tooling (ITSM & Self Service Platform - ServiceNow).

As a Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the quality and value of several products or one complex product, managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through development, delivery, continuous improvement, and retirement. You will connect product strategy to user, service, and organisational outcomes, ensuring products are secure, reliable, accessible, cost-effective, and user-centred.

Key responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, ensuring measurable value, lifecycle management, championing user needs, managing constraints across security, architecture and policy, working closely with delivery and operations teams, building trusted stakeholder relationships, leading product capability, and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

This role requires strong product leadership in a complex technical environment, working collaboratively with architecture, engineering, security, commercial, and service ownership colleagues to deliver sustainable value aligned with the wider EUCS strategy.

Successful candidates must pass Security Check clearance.
