About the Role

The programme currently supports 35 fellows across the UK and internationally, and is expanding rapidly.

As Senior Programme Manager, you will provide professional services leadership to shape and deliver this innovative fellowship. You will manage the strategic direction, recruitment, governance, communications, financial oversight, and HR functions of the programme. Your role will involve working collaboratively across multiple NHS organisations, medical education deaneries, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous development.

You will oversee a £3M budget, lead marketing and stakeholder engagement, organise key events such as masterclasses and graduations, and support the personal and professional development of fellows. This role requires a highly organised, delivery-focused individual with strong programme management experience and excellent communication skills.

You will be part of a small, dynamic faculty within the Clinical Scientific Computing department, supported by a multidisciplinary team of clinical scientists, AI engineers, and doctors, contributing to cutting-edge digital healthcare solutions.
