About the Role
Costain Group has partnered with Heathrow Airport to deliver a new investment programme aimed at transforming the airport into a net-zero aviation hub and significantly enhancing the customer experience. As a Senior SHE Advisor, you will support the Contract SHE functions by providing and enabling SHE solutions to the Contract and Operational Teams, ensuring effective implementation of the SHE Management System. You will maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and provide an independent and objective view of SHE performance on the contract. Your role includes supporting and influencing contract leadership, delivering training, coaching operational and supply chain contractors, and actively engaging in SHE assurance and incident investigations. You will also contribute to the preparation and review of SHE risk assessments, method statements, and other key contract documents, while promoting workforce occupational health in line with legal and company requirements. This role requires on-site presence for independent site walkovers, workforce engagement, and support during audits or inspections. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of SHE competence within the team, potentially managing SHE advisors and graduates.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of SHE related experience is essential
- 5 years relevant SHE experience in the industry is desirable

Qualifications
- Essential: NEBOSH, IOSH, AIEMA or equivalent qualification
