We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join our Solution Engineering team, focusing on the UK Manufacturing & Automotive sector. In this role, you will be a lead architect of the "Agentic Enterprise," helping customers unify humans and AI agents to drive profitable growth through Agentforce. You will collaborate closely with customers, product teams, and professional services to develop innovative solutions that connect businesses with their customers in new ways. This fast-paced, dynamic environment requires expertise in design, business consulting, and technology to drive innovation and deliver compelling solutions.

As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will lead the technical sales cycle, develop and present customized demos, and act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through their transformational journey from legacy CRM workflows to AI-driven Agentic data platforms. You will design and prototype agentic workflows using Agentforce to solve complex business challenges and support the sales team by translating business objectives into technical solutions that demonstrate clear business value.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training experience within an enterprise software solution organization.
- Expertise in Agentforce for Manufacturing and/or Automotive industries, including autonomous AI design and human-agent collaborative strategies.
- Proven experience selling into UK customers within the Automotive or Manufacturing sectors.
- Experience implementing digital transformation strategies and enterprise consulting.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in dynamic team environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications
