About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join our Solution Engineering team, focusing on the UK Manufacturing and Automotive sectors. In this role, you will act as a lead architect of the "Agentic Enterprise," helping customers unify humans and AI agents to drive profitable growth through Agentforce. You will collaborate closely with customers, product teams, and professional services to develop innovative solutions that connect businesses with their customers in new ways. This role offers the opportunity to engage with the entire customer lifecycle in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where design, business consulting, and technology expertise are essential.

As a key player in the sales cycle, you will deliver thought leadership, own solution development, and support sales teams by translating business objectives into compelling technical recommendations. You will design and prototype agentic workflows using Agentforce, guiding clients through the strategic shift from legacy CRM workflows to AI-driven data platforms. This role requires a passion for technology, innovation, and customer success, with opportunities for continuous learning and career growth.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training experience within an enterprise software solutions organization.
- Expertise in Agentforce for Manufacturing and/or Automotive industries, including autonomous AI design and human-agent collaborative strategies.
- Proven experience selling into UK customers within the Automotive or Manufacturing sectors.
- Experience implementing digital transformation strategies and enterprise consulting to drive customer success.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in dynamic team environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
