About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist Account Executive to join our high-growth Data 360 business within the wider Data & AI organisation. In this role, you will drive strategic Data 360 opportunities across key UK Commercial (Mid-Market) accounts, partnering closely with core account teams to accelerate adoption and revenue growth. This high-visibility position offers the chance to shape cutting-edge customer data and AI transformation initiatives across diverse industries. You will qualify deals, lead use-case workshops, position solutions, and influence complex sales cycles alongside core account teams. Your expertise will help Commercial clients modernise their customer data and AI capabilities through Salesforce's Data 360 strategy, supporting revenue growth across new business, adoption, and expansion.

Experience
Proven sales experience at an Account Executive level with a track record of selling data, AI, or Customer Data Platform solutions into mid-sized to large organisations across various industries. Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence matrixed account environments, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a specialist or overlay capacity.

About you
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence account teams without owning the primary customer relationship. Ability to lead use-case workshops and facilitate complex opportunity qualification and objection handling. Comfortable ramping quickly into strategic accounts with active renewal cycles or near-term revenue opportunities.

Qualifications
Strong data and cloud platform acumen, including familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or lakehouse providers. Experience selling against or working within CDP competitors is preferred.
