We are seeking a Specialist Solution Engineer to join our Apromore team, a global leader in AI-driven process intelligence technology now part of Salesforce. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between process perception and reality by designing bespoke B2B solutions and acting as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients adopting automation and Agentic AI.

As a key technical anchor, you will partner with Account Executives to advance and close enterprise opportunities by establishing deep technical credibility. This hands-on role involves conducting technical discovery, prototyping Proof of Concepts, guiding data architecture and connectivity, delivering value-based technical messaging, and de-risking AI deployments. You will also lead training and consultancy projects, scale engineering impact through reusable assets and mentoring, and help clients safely activate autonomous AI agents.

Experience
5+ years in customer-facing technical selling roles such as Solution Engineer, Technical/Solution Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer, or in technical project delivery roles.
Proven expertise in process intelligence, including process analytics, process mining, task mining, process simulation, and data-driven business process management.
Strong data engineering skills with experience in SQL, Python, building data pipelines, and API integrations.
Familiarity with AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
Demonstrated sales instinct and commercial curiosity with an understanding of complex enterprise deal cycles.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders from C-suite executives to IT and database teams.
