As an Agentforce/Data Cloud Success Architect, you will be a trusted subject-matter expert, engaging with Signature and Strategic customers to optimise technical architecture, performance, and solution design. You will influence executive stakeholders, identify capability gaps, and deliver tailored playbooks aligned with customer needs. Collaboration with internal and external partners will be key to driving thought leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Experience
- Minimum of 4 years relevant industry experience
- Proven success in implementing CDP/AI projects, either directly or within a Customer Success team
- Experience guiding customers through complex AI/Data implementations with clear technical direction
- Strong understanding of data modelling, integration, and data governance best practices
- Experience in consulting implementation partners or delivery/technical consulting teams within software companies
- Familiarity with large data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud Storage/Big Query, Azure administration or architecture
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms like Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, Treasure Data, Twilio Segment, Realtio, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce Clouds and technologies including Sales, Service, Industries, Marketing, or Commerce
- Programming skills in Python, Java, .Net, SQL preferred

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on relevant behaviours and achievements including leadership roles, volunteer work, military experience, or work history
