As an AI and Data Technical Architect, you will be a senior, hands-on technical leader and trusted advisor to our customers. You will design, validate, and operationalize enterprise-grade data and AI architectures centered on Salesforce D360 and the Agentforce platform. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, platform architecture, and applied AI, guiding customer Chief Data Officers and Enterprise Architects through emerging AI solutions.

You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Product teams to ensure customers realize the full value of the platform by designing scalable, secure solutions that integrate D360 into complex enterprise ecosystems—including hyperscalers, data lakes, and governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities include leading pre-sales technical design, shaping best practices around generative AI and agent interoperability, building hands-on prototypes and demos, developing thought leadership content, and acting as a central technical knowledge resource. You will also advise on data and integration strategies, support early adoption efforts, and own technical architecture decisions and enablement.

Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering data, analytics, and AI architectures in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability.
- Proven track record in prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and prototype development.
- Expertise in machine learning concepts including predictive and generative AI.
- Deep knowledge of modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) and data ingestion patterns.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, and R, and data frameworks like pandas or Jupyter.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, D360, and core Salesforce platform services.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external agents via APIs and open standards.
- Familiarity with prompt governance, observability, and monitoring frameworks.
- Background in cross-platform integrations and multimodal pipelines.
- Exposure to advanced AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), MLOps practices, and cloud AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI or AWS Sagemaker.
