About the Role
At Mercure London Bankside, our mission is to create memorable moments for our guests by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will deliver consistent and memorable service to all guests, working closely with your team to ensure every guest leaves wishing to return. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sparkling, upbeat personality and the ability to quickly build rapport.
