About the Role
The Hoxton, Holborn is a unique hotel housed in a Grade II-listed building with a rich history, located close to London’s premier shopping and entertainment districts. We are seeking an outgoing Apartment Host to join our team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. The Apartment is part of our Group, Meetings and Events spaces, managed by our Sales and Food & Beverage teams.

As an Apartment Host, you will provide a warm and memorable welcome to guests, assist with enquiries and requests, and manage meeting room logistics. You will ensure all meeting rooms are set up correctly, maintained tidily, and that billing and event check-ins run smoothly. You will oversee the food and beverage service in the space, ensuring guests have everything they need.

You will work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. Administrative duties such as managing expenses, lists, and stationery orders are also part of the role. Comfort with technology is important—you’ll need to handle HDMI, USB connections, and various devices, or be willing to learn.

Experience
Previous experience in a busy Front of House role is essential. You should have a genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome and cared for.
