About the Role
We are looking for a Commis Chef to join the opening team at Il Bambini Club, a festive and generous trattoria inspired by Paris, now opening in London. This vibrant kitchen celebrates Italian flavours with live music and bold interiors. As a Commis Chef, you will be a key team player ensuring all kitchen areas are prepped and ready for service. You will help maintain smooth operations, manage orders and deliveries efficiently, and uphold the highest food hygiene standards. This role offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and bring positive energy to a passionate kitchen team crafting everything from pizza to playful dolci.

Experience
