About the Role
We are looking for a Commis Chef to join the opening team at Il Bambini Club, a festive and generous trattoria inspired by Paris, now opening in London. This vibrant kitchen celebrates Italian flavours with bold interiors and live music, creating a joyful atmosphere. As a Commis Chef, you will be a key team player ensuring all kitchen areas are prepped and ready for service. You will help maintain smooth operations, manage orders and deliveries efficiently, and uphold the highest food hygiene standards. You will work alongside a passionate kitchen team crafting everything from pizza to playful dolci, bringing positive energy and a willingness to learn and grow.

Experience
Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized restaurant is required.
