We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Bar Manager to support the leadership and day-to-day running of our bar operation. Working closely with the Bar Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the bar operates to the highest standards across service, drinks, team performance, and guest experience. You will be a confident, hands-on leader who leads by example, supports the team on shift, and helps create an energetic and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues alike.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Bar Manager, Supervisor, or strong Senior Bartender ready to step into a greater leadership role within a premium, high-volume hospitality environment. You will support the Bar Manager with daily operations, maintain exceptional service standards, develop the team, and ensure consistency across every shift.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Bar Manager in smooth bar operations, leading and motivating the bar team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting training and development, maintaining cocktail and drink quality, assisting with stock management and cost control, implementing bar standards and procedures, taking responsibility in the Bar Manager’s absence, collaborating with wider management, and bringing energy, creativity, and personality to every shift.

Experience
Proven experience in a bar management or senior bartender role within a high-volume, premium hospitality environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Ability to take ownership and work collaboratively with wider management. Energetic, creative, and personable with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant hospitality or management certifications are advantageous. A genuine passion for hospitality and a willingness to grow within the company are essential.
