Home to Wani Tzuki, a contemporary Japanese dining concept, a chic French restaurant, and the lively Alligator Bar known for bold cocktails, vibrant atmosphere, and live DJs, House of Louie offers diverse and exceptional hospitality experiences.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Bar Manager to support the leadership and day-to-day running of our bar operation. Working closely with the Bar Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the bar operates to the highest standards across service, drinks quality, team performance, and guest experience. You will be a confident, hands-on leader who leads by example, supports the team on shift, and helps create an energetic and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues alike.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Bar Manager, Supervisor, or strong Senior Bartender ready to step into a greater leadership role within a premium, high-volume hospitality environment. You will support the Bar Manager with daily operations, maintain exceptional service standards, develop the team, and ensure consistency across every shift.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Bar Manager in smooth bar operations, leading and motivating the bar team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting training and development, maintaining standards in cocktails, drinks quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service, assisting with stock management and cost control, implementing bar standards and procedures, taking responsibility in the Bar Manager’s absence, collaborating with the wider management team, and bringing energy, creativity, and personality to every shift.

Experience
Proven experience as an Assistant Bar Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Bartender in a high-volume hospitality environment is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, maintain high service standards, and manage bar operations effectively.

You are a confident and hands-on leader who leads by example. You have a genuine passion for drinks and hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership when required. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring energy, creativity, and personality to your work. Excellent communication and team development skills are important.

Qualifications
Relevant hospitality qualifications or certifications are desirable but not mandatory. A strong commitment to training, coaching, and continuous professional development is expected.
