About the Role
Join our team at ibis London Canning Town and play a key role in delivering the outstanding hospitality we are known for. As a Barista, you will be part of a high-performing team that excels in customer service. Your main responsibilities will include making excellent coffee, welcoming every customer warmly, serving food and drinks that look as good as they taste, and helping customers find their favourites. You will maintain a clean and efficient coffee station, support your teammates during busy periods, restock supplies, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your efforts will help send customers back into the world happier and well caffeinated. Experience
Experience is a plus but not essential. We welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn. We will teach you the coffee skills; you bring the personality.

About you
You are naturally friendly and enjoy working with people. You are reliable, punctual, and ready to get stuck in. You keep your cool when things get busy and are a positive team player who cares about the little details. You either love coffee or are very willing to fall in love with it.
