About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Bartender to join our team at Llama Inn, a warm and inviting space featuring natural wood furniture, tall ceilings, and steel beams. Our cuisine celebrates Peru with dishes like ceviche, lomo Saltado, and Cancha, complemented by a cocktail and spirit list centered around pisco and creative twists on classic drinks from around the world. The wine list highlights selections from Spain and Latin America, available by the glass or bottle. Your role will be to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves. You will craft drinks to suit the mood, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that evolve with the seasons. Knowing your products and systems inside out is essential, as is working collaboratively with the team to keep both table and bar service running smoothly and tidily.

Additional Information

Experience
Previous bartending experience, particularly in cocktail making, is required.
