About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Bartender to join our team at Llama Inn, a warm and inviting space featuring natural wood furniture, tall ceilings, and steel beams. Our cuisine celebrates Peruvian flavors including ceviche, lomo Saltado, Cancha, and other unique dishes. The cocktail and spirit list highlights Peru’s famous pisco alongside a creative cocktail menu with unique takes on classics from around the world. The wine list focuses on Spain and Latin America, offering selections by the glass and bottle to suit any palate. Whether early or late, Llama Inn provides a full dining experience perfect for any celebration or occasion.

As a Bartender, you will create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to unwind and enjoy themselves. You will craft drinks ranging from soft beverages to masterful cocktails that evolve with the seasons. You will know your products and systems inside out and work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly and tidily for both table and bar service.

Experience
Previous bartending experience, particularly in cocktail making, is required.
