About the Role
We are looking for a Bartender to join our TRIBE community following the launch of our first TRIBE hotel in London in summer 2022. TRIBE is a bold and fun hotel concept designed for a new type of traveller, mixing mainstream style with bespoke, eye-catching pieces to create a high-end experience at a fair price. The role is based at ‘Feels Like June’, a California-inspired restaurant offering bright flavours and a Europe-meets-West Coast flair, where guests and locals come together from breakfast to dinner, cocktails, or to work from the lounge area.

As a Bartender, you will create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves. You will craft drinks to suit the mood, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. You will know your products and systems inside out and work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly and tidily for both table and bar service.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team for a new hospitality concept in London, within an innovative, fast-growing international group committed to building a global brand. You will work in a creative and rewarding environment that encourages challenging the norm.

Experience
Previous bartending experience, particularly in cocktail making, is required.

About you
You are a born optimist who always puts guests, colleagues, and communities first. You bring your authentic self to work and have a courageous entrepreneurial spirit. You are adaptable, willing to explore and experiment, and able to turn your hands to anything.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are specified, but passion for bartending and delivering excellent guest experiences is essential.
