About the Role
We are looking for a charismatic Bartender to join the team at The Hoxton, Southwark in our Albie Restaurant. Albie is our all-day neighbourhood dining spot inspired by the French and Italian Riviera, offering proper breakfasts, crowd-pleasing modern dishes, and a killer wine and cocktail list to see out the night. You will create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. Your role will involve making whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. You will know your product and systems inside out and work closely with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly and tidily for both table and bar service. The Hoxton, Southwark is a vibrant location with 192 bedrooms, two restaurants (Albie & Seabird), and a unique Working From_ location, making it a dynamic place to work and grow your hospitality career.

Experience
Previous bartending experience, particularly in cocktail making, is required.
