About the Role
We are seeking a Breakfast Floor Manager to join our vibrant restaurant team at Chet’s, located within The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush. The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is a dynamic hotel featuring 237 uniquely designed bedrooms, a large open lobby with vintage seating, a central wraparound bar, and a terrace, situated in the heart of an eclectic and diverse West London neighbourhood.

Chet’s is a Thai-Americana restaurant combining fragrant Thai flavours and smoky textures with classic American diner comforts. As Breakfast Floor Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar during breakfast service, maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Your responsibilities will include running daily briefings, coordinating the reservations system, drafting floor plans based on covers, supporting the Restaurant AGM with stock management and training, handling cash and daily revenue reporting according to hotel SOPs, overseeing service on the floor and bar, and ensuring the safe opening and closing of the restaurant. You will also collaborate closely with the culinary team on menus, service, and product availability.

Experience
Proven experience leading a breakfast service in a hotel environment is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, leading by example and fostering a positive work environment.
